To stand out in a crowded market, appealing to a carefully selected audience and their precise wants and needs. But in more commercial terms, we needed to sell out two buildings at Park Central, Elephant Park – during lockdown.
Our campaign line was an active CTA designed to resonate with the audience mindset. The artwork merged highly stylised backgrounds with unique and aspirational individuals, placing people who are typical of the target audience, on a head turning backdrop of their own creation.
The campaign reached across print, socials, OOH and brochure sales assets.
